The Environment of Our Space
In a warm, child-friendly atmosphere, Pine Lake Christian Pre-School and Daycare provides a curriculum designed to meet your child’s needs, regardless of age.
We believe in teaching children Christion values as we help them see themselves as uniquely created and loved by God.
We offer curriculum that will prepare children to enter kindergarten, with areas of creative arts, science, math, language, imaginative play, health, and large and small motor skills.
Our classrooms are engaging and inviting, to help students with their social and cognitive development.
We have an engaging outdoor space for children to discover with their friends. Our newly renovated playground is fully fenced in, with a separate space for toddlers.
A Typical Day
Center Time or Free Play
We believe that children learn through play. During this time, children choose from a variety of activities. (Teaches self direction, choice, imagination, problem solving)
Story Time
We read and share a variety of stories related to the theme or letter of the day. (listening, attention, language, literacy)
Table Time/Art Project
This provides language opportunities such as talking about the calendar, weather, and/or sharing thoughts with classmates. (sharing, following directions, fine motor skills)
Spiritual Growth
Christian values are taught daily through Bible lessons, personal interactions, and example. Children in the Pre-K classes attend weekly chapel geared especially for their age with music, Bible stories and plays.
